Videos of Children with Apraxia

 

When I first suspected that E might have Apraxia, I was very interested in seeing and hearing what other kids with CAS sounded like.  I am placing links here to all the videos I can find online of children with CAS speaking.  Remember, however, that all children with CAS do not sound the same.  They may struggle with different sounds.  You will often see children with severe CAS “groping” for words.  E used to grope a lot but as she has progressed, the groping has significantly decreased.  If you know of another link to a video that I can add here, please leave it in the comments.
